How to become happy again. That's a tough challenge by any standards when you are feeling depressed and things are not going in the right direction.
I've been there, experiencing depression and anxiety and just a total lack of self-confidence and drive for life. What pulled me out of the depression was a great book by Stephen Covey - The 7 habits of highly effective people.
After reading the book I realized that happiness and our life's purpose are two things that we have control over. I realized that we are the creators of our lives.
So I started building a system for leading every hour of my life in order to make sure that I never fall into depression again and I lead a healthy, happy, successful life at the top of my given potential.
I named this book 0.1%: Join the club of the richest, healthiest, happiest.
