Teodora Burgazlieva: For example, the painting behind me, it's a beautiful painting that will always remind you that struggle is a good thing. You'll be stronger if you go through struggles. It's normal. It's part of life. The same way, if I want to be successful. I am struggling with money right now and I want to be thinking of wealth and thinking of money, maybe I'll put a painting of a hundred dollar bill or whatever. Something to remind me of that goal. Maybe I want to lose 10 pounds or I want to look better. I want to have a six-pack. Maybe, I'll put a painting of a beautiful woman with a gorgeous body, whatever. Something, just to remind you of that goal.
It really, really helps. We always use things like that in our life all around us. There are certain signs that will remind us of that. In my book, I'm using visual conditioning almost in every lesson that I'm trying to teach. One of the main things was with a shopping cart. In my opinion, if there is one thing in the book that is the most important, is taking care of your health. By learning how to love yourself, you'll start appreciating your body much more and your health much more. When you're shopping and if you're not shopping for groceries online, as we do sometimes if you go shopping in like a physical store, while you're just moving the cart around, just think of that cart as your body. Think that everything that touches that cart is super important to be healthy and to be good and to be clean.
Do not buy coca cola or chips or chocolates or things that you know that are destroying you. Things that your body doesn't need. Maybe some people love meat. They feel great if they eat meat. Some people love chocolate. They don't complain about how they feel afterwards. But for me, buying chocolate and sugar and milk and dairy, it's really bad. I'm trying to keep my shopping cart really clean and always organized only with clean food. In the book, I applied visual conditioning with a painting of a shopping cart with a heart inside. You can always remember that this is your body. This is your soul. This is your heart. Just nourish it, give it the best. Think of it, don't do shopping just looking around like a Zombie. Think of what you're buying, because you buy your health into shopping, like in the grocery shop.
