Have you heard about the ripple effect that certain habits can have on your life? Do you know what are the habits of successful people?
Before I became depressed, fat, and miserable, I never thought about any of these questions. I just went with the flow and my life spiraled down pretty quickly when things got a little too complicated to handle.
So I made a vow to figure out the best habits that successful people follow that will help me lose weight, become happy, make more money, and create better relationships with family and friends.
So I implemented 15 daily habits to improve my life. But it wasn't any one of these habits that did the magic for me. It was all top habits combined that started creating a ripple effect which helped me get healthier, happier, and more successful at the same time.
I then included all these habits into a system and started living it every day. After I experienced the incredible benefits of living like this, I started coaching others to start using these success habits in their lives as well.
Everyone started experiencing incredible results. So, I decided to write a book about it and I called i 0.1%: Join The Club of The Richest, Healthiest, Happiest.
Today, this system of habits is my life. And it helps me create an extraordinary journey every step of the way.
