A Lesson From The Worst Days in Your Life | Teodora Burgazlieva on 0.1%

Simeon Ivanov: What was the worst day in your life, and what did you learn from it?

Teodora Burgazlieva: The worst day of my life was when I lost my sister. It was eight years ago. It was one of the most shocking experiences because she passed away unexpectedly. It was a really, really traumatic experience for me, but I've learned maybe the main lesson is that we are not guaranteed anything in this life. We are here temporary. We are here right now in this moment, and we need to appreciate it. We need to appreciate every second we are here. Enjoy it. Don't think of tomorrow too much. Don't try to plan too far. Just enjoy today, and always tell the people that you love, that you love them. Just share your love. That's it.
